It was in the foothills of Serra do Reboredo (altitude, 1,000 m), in Paredes da Beira, at the highest point in the Douro, that it all began. Surrounded by an abundance of granite outcrops, the area has sandy granite soils interspersed with quartz veins, the altitude is between 700 and 1,000 meters. It lies on the slopes of the T\u00e1vora River and boasts an enviable heritage of ancient vineyards, untouched by time and tended by hands toughened by years of hard work down the generations. The outcome is wines of great freshness, character and identity!<\/p>\n
